On 9/10/2005 Marlin Leasing Inc. agreed to terms with Ujima Communication to
provide "lease to purchase" options to new and existing clients working with Ujima.

On 8/25/2005 Steady Serve joins alliances with Ujima to provide new and existing 
customers full service web hosting, design and E-Commerces. This alliance will help
launch Ujimas reach by providing complete communications, E-commerces, and 
connectivity solutions for small and medium size businesses.

On 8/01/2005 Hallmark Corporation based out of Kansas City, selected Ujima to
provide solutions for there product relocation for their entire South Bay region which totals about
415 locations.
